The John Gower Society was founded in 1981 and published the first JGN
(The John Gower Newsletter) two years later. Membership is world-wide.
In addition to JGN, which appears in October and April of each
year, the Society publishes an occasional series of volumes, the John
Gower Series, with Boydell & Brewer, under the general editorship
of AJ Minnis and RF Yeager.
